I said the same thing in another post and some guy called me dumbass. I guess there are a lot of dumbasses
I think he dropped the ball several times tonight on play calling but this is a tad bit extreme. For the record coach Saban said he had no issue with the fourth down pass. Coach questioned the pass on 1st and 7 and I think the Pac 12 came out of Nuss tonight. It's a tough loss abd easy to point fingers but we failed to execute on offense as well.
Regarding Nuss: Look, this guy is basically a rookie learning on the job. By rookie, I mean a rookie to very big time football league. He will learn and get better and I see some good things from him, it just sucks that we have a national championship caliber team and he's learning the ropes. OJT is necessary, you would just hope you have your players make up for your inexperience. I still support coach Nuss...he'll be fine.
Day what you want but let me ask you this.
You have 7 yards to go against a reeling defense, what do you do?
I look the Texas am line in the eye and say stop me if you can. May the best line win.
No way. This loss is all about poor execution, and nothing else. Think about it.
This post is hilarious. If we do not have three turnovers and win 42 to 24 or so, you guys would be talking about how dominate we are. Coach Nuss cannot run the ball himself. He did not fumble it, or throw an interception, when we were moving the ball and about the score. Using all of your logic, Coach Saban needs to got too because we got smoked in the first quarter. It is a loss. It will happen. You cannot beat a good team with three turnovers and costly penalties like we had tonight.
Grow up people, grow up.
ROLL TIDE ROLL!
I agree with everyone wanting him fired. Awful playcalling.
U wanna blame him for those 20 pts A&M put up on the board too or just too scared to call Kirby and Saban out for our awful defensive start?
Simply an overraction. Anybody realize the defense gave up 29 points? Haven't heard anybody who wants to fire CKS. Why do you guys need somebody to blame. We got beat. Accept it and learn from it to get better.
It really is this simple. That's what make the loss hurt so much more.
This Nuss guy is from the PAC 12. He obviously doesn't realize he is in the sec. I'd rather them stop us four times and I woulda been fine. But it wouldn't have happened.
This game is NOT Sabans fault and anyone saying that is a buffoon.
The defense gave up 9 points after the 1st quarter. And their job was a helluva lot tougher to scheme for than our offense was against an ATM defense.
With this line of thought you guys should be screaming "Fire Kirby Smart!" Dumb post.
Well, damn...if Nuss doesn't realize that he's in the SEC, then we need to fire the guy that hired him, because he's obviously incompetent.
Oh, wait a minute...that would be Saban, wouldn't it? Never mind. Nothing about this game is Saban's fault...not even the hiring and supervision of the OC some people seem to want to blame.
Darby up the middle. Oh wait.....
