I know its way too early and their writers aren't all highly qualified, but they listed five first rounders from Bama. Milliner, BJones, Fluker, Nico and Mosely in that order. Who knows if they are right or not, or what kin dof injury problems could happen to change all that. For what its worth, I think the best pro player (although he's not at a first round type position) may end up being Warmack.
Linky por favor?
"Hey, hey, hey. A life. A life, Jimmy, you know what that is? It's the shit that happens while you're waiting for moments that never come."
How about Williams????
Good point, he may be the pro of the lot.
That's great and all, but bleacher report is kind of a joke.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. It's just that yours is stupid.
I could very well have read it wrong but I could have swore that I saw a poster on tbb that posted under the name bleacher report and everyone treated the poster like a member of the staff. May have even pinned a thread or two of his/hers.
The cool thing about that is 2 of them are from our veteran OL. We will own the trenches and therefore the control of every game. Usually you need a little luck to win it all. We were so good in 2011 we had to have bad luck to almost lose it. 2012 we just need a little luck and we can do it again.
They've improved, somewhat, by making at least some reputable hires recently. The guy who wrote this article, Matt Miller, runs some sort of scouting service & has been interviewed by several different sportstalk radio shows & I just found this article from a year ago which appears to be his 1st mock draft of the 2012 NFL Draft, in which he says that TR, Dre & Upshaw will be the 3 players chose from Bama.
Obviously, a lot can happen in a year, including having no idea which teams, with most importantly which needs, will draft where, but at least he seems to have some idea of what's going on.
There is a saying that the NFL has no offseason. That's incredibly true. The 2012 NFL Draft is but a distant memory, and already, we're rolling on to 2013 coverage...
The NFL draft is one of the great unknowns in the sporting world, which is why so many people love it. Predicting what will happen in the draft is always a challenge, as you have ...

Uhhh... how about Lacy?!?
Would be cool to actually have players called consecutively like that.
Hmm..well maybe I'll check them out again.
Well, I think the one thing that this article tells me, is that we're going to be in just as good of a position to have up to 4 or 5 1st round draft picks in next year's draft, that we were in heading into the 2011 season, which is fan-freaking-tastic IYAM.
Awfully tough to predict which players get drafted where, even as early as right after the season concludes, much less right after spring practice concludes, nearly a year before it takes place. There's no way of knowing what kind of injuries take place or which players will decide to leave early, which can change the decision of other players to leave early. But when you've got 5 guys listed by at least one person familiar with how these things operate & your fanbase can easily point to at least 2 more who could, by all accounts, wind up as the highest players drafted from your school, you're tearing it up.
