Bengals offensive lineman Andre Smith was arrested after he allegedly brought a gun to an airport in Atlanta.
can this be blamed on his eating habits?
Maybe he thought the air marshal program was conducted on a volunteer basis?
Things happen. Remember Lucky's story.
"Theres No Substitute for Guts"
Happens on accident all the time.
Big deal, who cares. Dre did a great job this year.
This happens in Fayetteville, NC a lot. Maybe due to Fort Bragg being 10 miles to the north.

At what point was he arrested? When he was going through TSA? I wasn't aware it was a crime to try to bring a gun through. Assumed they would tell you that you had to check it like everything else.
This^^^ Can't remember the coach's name, but he was Coach of The Cowboys and he did the same thing. I've done something similar, but it wasn't an Airport I walked into....thankfully I felt the weapon on my side/under my jacket just as I was opening the door...quickly turned around and walked right back out.
Haha I lol at this
Try bringing a small pair of scissors
I don't fly much at all but certainly know enough to make sure I know where my guns are at. If people do this they do not need a gun to begin with. Stupid or neglegent don't work with weapons.
It's harder for a guy, but I can completely understand a woman who keeps a gun in her purse at all times accidently forgetting it is in there. I fly alot and I've seen it happen numerous times. It's ignorant to say the person shouldn't be a gun owner.
I believe that's what Lucky did. Just forgot he had it in the bag he was carrying.

Barry Switzer @DFW. It was pretty funny.
Thats exactly what the former Cowboys coach did. Said the gun was out, and his childs friends were over so he just threw the gun into a bag. Said bag ended up going with him on a flight a few days later.
I mean, I was proud that big Dre got it together this year, but come on....you know you can't take a gun into an airport these days. That is just stupid.
You never get into a TSA security line with a handgun in your posession. They have to be checked and properly secured at the ticket desk I believe. Once you go through security, excuses are not accepted.
