Class guy and couldn't happen to a better guy...that is until Julio breaks it in a few years. RTR
I like Calvin Johnson. Congrats to him! Of course I wouldn't complain if Julio broke it.
Monster game for CJ...11 catches for 225 yds and now sits at 1,892 on the season. Julio with another good game and now has 76 catches for 1,142 yds and 10 tds on the season.
I always liked him but didn't realize he carried himself with so much class. Great interview with him and Stafford after the game. A true superstar in the game and well deserving of the record.
Looks like the NFC pro bowl roster is gonna be stacked
1. Calvin Johnson
2. Roddy White
3. Victor Cruz
4. Larry Fitzgerald
5. Julio Jones
6. Des Bryant
7. Brandon Marshall
8. Jordy Nelson
9. Vincent Jackson
10. Steve Smith
Gonna be tough to pick just 4-5 guys for that roster.
Wow...that is some serious talent at the WR position. Hopefully Julio will make it on the NFC squad this year and many years to come.
Agree difficult, but if it were based purely off of this season's performance, Fitzgerald and Nelson aren't anywhere near the conversation.
4. Julio - gets nod over Roddy for scores

Very strong top five. Just hope this years Pro Bowl is better than last years. It got so bad the crowd was booing the players for not giving 100%.
Listen, from all I can determine, Julio is NOT about personal records - not one bit. He's the consummate *team player*, who is focused on doing his part to help win championships for his team.

As long as White is on the squad Julio will never come close. He has stepped it up this year.
Julio is deck not about personal records and there's no way he breaks single season receiving records with the Falcons, and sharing the load with others. If Gonzalez has a good game in the season finale then Atlanta will finish the regular season with 3 different 1,000 yd receivers. The Opening Julio remark was a joke guys...but it would be nice!!!
