As a current student those were very cool to see. Definitely had more of a laid back feel to it back then than it does now. Just judging by pictures. And wow Bryant Denny has come a long way, lol
I pledged in 1984 and graduated from the business school in 1989. I work in 127 Bidgood. If you are ever in the neighborhood, stop in for a quick intro. Where are you from? Perge!
Scu, that's not Bryant Denny. That's Scott Field on State's campus.
I pledge in 1992. The Phi Gam house is the best looking house on campus. Thanks to whoever posted these pics. RTR and Perge!!!!
The Statue with the fountain was installed in front of the Athletic Dorm, Bryant Hall, when it was first built. I don't know when or why it disappeared. Everyone was amazed when it was first installed.

I live in MN now, but lived in T-Town until the 5th grade. My Great Aunt was 99 years old when she died and left these slides to me as she knew I was a photographer also. No connections with Phi Gam, but happy to share these. I finally bought a slide scanner to get these converted to digital after having them in storage for a couple of years. Still lots more to go through, but seems like most of them are from their travels around the world. Appreciate the comments!
I see the Fiji Dome on there.
Agree that it is a great looking house. Improvements are great. Wish we had those when I was there.

you are right
How about those photos of the "Two hundred and fifty thousand dollar" band?
Loved the shots from 1960. My Dad graduated from HS in 59 and was at UA then. Will have to show them to him.
