If he stays healthy, do we make the NCAA Tourney? I say yes. He is one guy that kept getting better the more he played. Assuming he makes a full recovery, I see him starting at Center next season.
The thing with Carl was he had good hands. He didn't fumble a lot of passes this year and he is a very good passer from the low post. He would have helped a bunch, you would have seen Jacobs and Gueye in the floor together more, which would have helped them both.
I'll say yes, because we would have probably beaten Mercer, Tulane, and possibly Cincinnati. That being said, we had every opportunity to make it without him and choked them away.
Add UT and LSU to that list

I really do think we had less turnovers when he was healthy. We were competing with the likes of Cincy, etc., but after he was hurt we struggled with a lot of bad teams. You don't expect an injury like his in basketball (see Kentucky), so that's one reason why I'm pretty resigned to giving CAG another year. I do think we get into the NCAA, and perhaps win the SECC with him in the rest of the season. The light(s) were just coming on for him, and that's another reason why his injury was so tragic in its timing, AND severity.
