Didn't see him. I'm assuming he didn't play?
He did not play at all so he still has his redshirt. However, I am pretty sure that this question will be asked repeatedly. So, I am going to get it out of the way right now. Can he play in the BCS championship game and still be a redshirt freshman in the spring?
Sorry double post!

He can? Wow. I think deep down it was the right decision not to play him. I understand the numbers and all, but to keep depth and let a player totally heal up to be ready for the next season builds on the total team concept. \
So a redshirt only applies during the regular season an any championship game? I'm guessing that the bowls / BCS would be outside of the "regular" season....? Is that correct? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but im not sure and just wanted clarification.
