There are not many people who have 10 rings, especially from the same organization. John Wooden, maybe a handful of others on this planet. This is an unreal statistic --take a look at his different roles at the University:
1964- Graduate Assistant
1965 – Assistant Coach, Defensive Backs
1973 - Assistant Coach, Quarterbacks
1978 – Offensive Coordinator
1979 –Offensive Coordinator
1992 – Offensive Coordinator
2009 – Athletics Director
2011 – Athletics Director
2012 – Athletics Director
I had never thought about that. Wow. That's some serious hardware.
Wow! Great accomplishment.
1984 300ZX Anniversary Model, 1970 Olds 442 W-30 & Pepper Bird
Roll all his SECC in there too and you got some real serious hardware
Mr. Moore has near 'seen it all'
Congrats to Mal... A true WINNER
Burn baby burn. & Go to hell tennessee
I agree....the man probably doesn't get the credit he deserves. Especially with his family situation. Great Coach, Great AD, an even better person!
Look at all the sports the University is involved in. From softball to football to golf, Bama can contribute much of its success to Coach Moore. He is the best AD in the country!!!!
What's crazy is that's just football.
Last year alone, as AD, he won at least three other championships: Women's golf, volleyball and softball if I remember correctly.

phillipians 4:13 CAN-DO all things through Christ which strengthens me.
That is something. I am happy for him. He lost his wife a few years ago. It was a long and painful experience. I hope he is doing well.
What are the chances Mal gets his own wing at the Bryant Museum?
He's still Coach Moore. That's what Coach Saban calls him. Incredible record.
"Ain't never been nothing but a winner", same could be said for Coach Moore.
Coach Bryant loved him, Coach Stallings loved him, and now Coach Saban loves him.
When he writes his book, which will hopefully be soon, it will be one of my prized possessions.
If you haven't heard Coach Moore's play-by-play version of how he landed Coach Saban it's a shame.
Must have one hell of a coffee table.
1960 Les Paul
The guy is more Alabama than anyone else in history. That's saying a lot.
He is out of fingers if we win another championship while he is AD. Tough problem to have. If you count the rings won by gymnastics, softball, and golf, he is well on his way to running out of toes as well.
he is an outstanding "bama man" but even a greater person! he is a good man...
Let's see if anybody gets this..."push, push!"
Congrats to Mal. I didn't realize this was #10 for him. Somebody needs to take a pic of him wearing all 10 rings!
