You'll never achieve great things until you believe that's what's supposed to happen
Wow. +1 for being the man.
On Alabama: CeCe Jefferson - "It was a bunch of beautiful women..." Reggie Ragland - "oh the females of course..."
ThaRizz0,the former aub players on the HBO Special last spring echoed all that you are saying. If not for someone I know breaking up a potential fight at a track meet back in the Spring of '11, there would've been a free for all with most of the auburn football team. Now, I will say in that instance the 4 guys on the other track team probably deserved it, but still....... I had a former tutor for the au football program tell me stories abut the players that makes James Brooks looks literate. It's bad enough the crap that goes on in that program of theirs, but they accuse us of what they actually do. They have the masses brainwashed that the Red Elephant is some mysterious group that they accuse of doing what they actually do. Then, to put it over the top, they spout to the cult members how good christians their boys are, ect.....What a croc. Those clowns spy on our players, coaches & recruits to get us on something & turn in lies to the NCAA about us to get us on probation. If the Big, dumb local yokel aub ever found out the truth, there would be mass suicides of auburn fans. It is one reason I want them to get caught, so everyone can see what they are really all about. That & I want them to leave us the hell alone for good and them made to play by the rules like we do.

Brandon Cox and Brad Lester were arrested for starting a bbrawl in Quixotes. Cox dad picked the to up from lee county justice center and never to be heard to public.
They are really a Cult type community, small town in the middle of nowhere and protect our own just make up our own laws.
Why else would you play and support them when you live in the state of Ala freakin Bama. Home of the The Universiy of Alabama your states School and the top one or two college programs in the Country! The Barn is All Cult, all Coverup and they are on borrowed time.
I don't think that was directed at you, but instead why recruits would choose AU over UA. Sounds like you have had a rough go of it. Props for hanging in there and it sounds like you have worked to make something out of yourself instead of feeling sorry for yourself, much respect.
I wasnt meaning to bust your chops for going to the Barn. Just a general discussion/definition of what they are, a very cultish group. The talk like a cult and act like one, always saying family this family that, all-in, protect our own, god is with us, blah blah blah. We just need to call them Cult-U.
It is really sad and for the life of me can't understand why somone would pull for them.

I have seen a many of cover ups here.the basketball players when lebo was coach would get out of everything they would be running the town with him behind them till daylight. Before their title game ziemba beat the hell out of a kid and the kid was told don't press charges to after the game.seen fairley arrested . Among many you never hear about. Like the recent thing at the heights two others players involved are being protected.
Tharizzo, you may find ur personal info out here soon. Plus one for a first hand story of what many suspected all along.
Interesting stories, thanks for posting. I know Bama's players do not have the discipline problems that the barn does, but don't be so naive to think these type cover ups don't go on in Tuscaloosa or ANY big time college football Town and we really don't have to limit this to football- It's all about who you know when it comes to getting out of trouble with the law.
One of my best friends in high school and throughout college worked as a tutor for auburn university primarily in math subjects to make a little cash on the side. Most math classes are taken by the masses so the rooms are large auditoriums with 300 kids attending the class. The teachers never take role of course and come test time all you need is your student I.D. and a scantron. Well what do you think my buddy did for the fambly? That's right, he would just walk right into these large auditoriums with the football players IDs, smoke the test, just so they could be eligible for the upcoming season. Now his services didn't come free, he usually charged 50-100$ for each test taken. Talk about academic fraud.
So do you think you could have taken Sears?
Just can't believe what they get away with. One day the flood gates will open and drown all those rats and there will be new lake front property for sell in Lee county
I would have charged a hell of a lot more than $50-$100 per test.
Don't hold your breath on that. We've been hearing rumors of their demise for lots of years now. & it never happens!

The former starting center for AU was one of my students when he was in HS. We stayed in close contact throughout his playing days at the Lowliest Village on the Plains. He told me stories like this all the time. And this was only within the last 5 years. He said, at times, "It was chaos. Seemed like we are always having to cover for some players." Wish I could be more detailed, but out of respect for his trust in me, I will have to pass. Just wanted to support the comments being made. Cannot, for the life of me, figure out how they get away with so much.
With stories like this, who cares how many great recruits they get. It's never going to work out..
