These guys are brutal cowards. They deserve whatever they get and I only wish they had messed with someone who would have kicked their sorry asses.
Absolutely pathetic actions by those 3.
Hope none of them ever step foot on campus again.

AL Constitution Article I Section 14: UA as a state university is immune from lawsuits.
What a sad, sad story. I hope the best for Samuel Jurgens and his full recovery. As for the others, may God have mercy
on them, may they get the help they need and may they take a better pathway than the one they have recently been
trodding. Tragedy untold awaits if they do not.
You use a stolen card to purchase something with full knowledge it is stolen. Somehow that doesn't make you clean in my mind. Cleaner? Who cares. There are questions of crime and punishment, questions of justice for the victims anh questions of the long term health of the football progam. These are all separable questions. The perpetrators ought to be dealt with in accordance with the law. Hopefully the laws set forth sufficient penalties so that the victims feel justice is served. And CNS will determine what is best for the program. If it was me, barring extenuating circumstances that we can't see, I would take the short term pain of letting them all go to pursue their dreams elsewhere. Then I would reexmaine my program to see if there is something we haven't done in providing guidance or something more we can do. Everyone can learn from evey situation if they are openminded enough to try.
