I know since we lost Robert n.Everybody seems to be down on the d line but the truth of the matter is we are loaded and it's one of the most talented positions on our team. After the past two recruiting cycles the line is stacked with enormous talents. Add Darius paige who's about to blow up and Demarcus walker to that equation and I'll be extremely happy with what we have on the d line. Just think of pagan, fanning, and lake in a year or too. Thats not to mention all the other studs waiting in line. Darren lake is going to surprise a lot of people. I for one think that Robert n is being awful quiet and liked the attention way to much to not consider Bama anymore after being in the lead for so long, but even if we don't land the kid the last time I remember the d line being this nasty was when we had Moorhead, jarret Johnson and company.
You seem to be the one worried about losing Nkemdiche.
I don't give a shat just glad he left SEC
He is one player

You seem to have completely missed my point.
I see where you're going Rsfields. We are loaded on the d line.RTR!
I agree man. So much talent. I think these guys we've brought in the past two classes might be a notch up from a talent stndpoint compared to square and Stinson. Hopefully big Darren can learn some things from Jessie Williams This year and fill his shoes.
a look at 2013 : (start w/ the departure of Square,Williams,& Dial)
Taylor / Ball / Gulledge?
I'm as high on Dalvin Tomlinson as anyone we have on the DL. If he makes a 100% recovery from his injury he will turn a lot of heads.
I'm not worried over losing RN, but alot of the names mentioned in this thread will long gone in three years. The process of bringing in big-time OL-DL and growing them into our mold (see Pagan/Fanning this year) is important to maintain the success of the program. An Adams pick-up and Paige making his grades would be huge.
Totally agree. I loved his film from the first time I saw it. Being a wrestler means he understands staying low and using his leverage. He may not have the most upside of last years class but I think he is a perfect fit for our system. Very smart kid as well.
Kirven, Tomlinson and Lake haven't even hit campus yet and were very high on our coaching staffs board. If we don't have a great DL class this year it isn't that big a deal as all of the above will RS and be freshman again next year.
With that said, I still think we land a few studs this year. If we some how don't. Then next years DL class will look similar to this past years WR class. Loaded across the board.
I guess Shane thinks Yeldon will flip to Bama after he enrolls at Auburn. Brilliant. Sell those subscriptions, BOL.” - TIGER
