who thinks he'll switch to the good guys after this weekend and what position will he ultimately end up playing at UA?
good chance he does but I'm not sure he plays running back at the next level. I know that's where he wants to play but imo, Tenpenny and Jones are better running-back recruits. Throw in the possibility of landing Kamara, I just don't know where he fits in. The kid is set on running back....a la James Wilder. Linebacker seems to be the ideal position for him but I really wouldn't trade him for the running-back recruits we have.

It may be kept quite for a while to keep our other RB commits in check
There are some who just cant fathom Henry being anything other than a RB if he signs with Bama. If you realize how Saban LOVES 'jumbo athletes' like DH (and he's not done growing, most likely), then you realize that him staying @ RB is FAR from a given.
Yeah, but the kid is hell bent on being a RB. I'm not sure the HB position would satisfy his need for the ball, which is normal for a superstar athlete. It will be very interesting to see how he fits with this team. There are just some athletes you have visions of how you want them to fit, but in the end what they do just doesn't fit the Bama scheme (e.g. Blake Sims).
I think he will stay at UGA because he truly believes there he will play RB. I think the UGA coaches are going to be in his ear saying "We know Bama's telling you that you'll play RB, but they will eventually move you. So come to UGA where you will 100% play RB." And I think those words will be enough to keep him at UGA.
Henry is a better back than Wilder & I think he will be a RB/H-Back & I think we can watch Fowler this year to get an idea of how Henry will be used. Henry would be great coming out of the backfield catching passes like Smelly & Alabama could use him many ways on offense.
Jones is going NO WHERE, if Hershal Walker was coming to Bama Tyren would still be rolling with the Tide...for the 100x him and Tenpenny were told we would taking 3 RB's, and i dont think Kamara would be a RB, instead a slot guy.
If we can play Folwer and Yeldon at 6'1 +....The proofs in the pudding. UGA has 2 scat backs right now who will probably be 1-2
Wilder was a 5 star NFL sure shot at LB. In HS Wilder just lowered his head and ran through kids at RB. Henry has never played LB (his own words) and is running through AND around his HS competition. Henry is a RB. A way better RB than Wilder was in HS.
Jos, well if they were told that in the beginning I'm pretty sure they didn't see anything wrong with it at the time. But three top 10 running backs is still a bit hard to swallow. And throw in Yeldon, the other runningback from last year, Hart, Fowler, and Eddie Lacy if he doesn't declare for the NFL next year, and things will seem very crowded. The good thing is no one would be able to argue with us who has the best runningback stable in the country.
Well don't you think that would be a little unfair to our current commitments?
