Jessica Dorrell was one of 3 finalists for the job at Arkansas. Another was Benjamin Wilkerson.
Among Wilkerson's list of references: LSU head coach Les Miles, Alabama head coach Nick Saban, Florida State head coach Jimbo Fisher, Florida head coach Will Muschamp and Tennessee head coach Derek Dooley.
FAYETTEVILLE -- Former Arkansas head football coach Bobby Petrino endorsed Jessica Dorrell's hiring as student athlete development coordinator out of 159 total applicants, a process that was completed in less than a month. Friday, April 13, 2012.
WTF do those guys know about building a competent support staff at the major college football level?
He had great references but she was born with best reference ever attached to her body..
you're right, that CHIN could get into places no mortal chin could get into...

An pics of this Tiffany woman?
She has more degrees than needed. My brother dated a girl like that. She had 4 masters degrees and never had a job a day in her life. Not saying Tiffany is like that just remained me of Shelly.
this might be her, not sure which one in the profile pic is her however. Turns out there was a Tiffany Fields as a contestant for Miss Arkansas 2005. Again, not sure if this is the same person or not.

Undefeated, untied, and unscored on boys..
And of course I mean "unscored on" figuratively
I can't wait to see what kind of lawsuits come out of this. If I'm hiring for that job, just based on the recommendation list, it would have been Wilkerson's to lose (no homo...). If I'm hiring for a "personal assistant" - Tiffany appears to meet all the necessary qualifications.
Looks like Petrino was looking instead for a personal ASSistant
He didn't have the right kind of legs for the job. The kind with feet on one end & a cat on the other.
Ol' Ben never had a chance........
IMO Fields seemd to have the best qualifications. Hell, even Petrino recommended her on her resume along with the previous person who held the position she was applying for......
And most if the time HORRIBLE in the professional setting.

I thought the same. She is the only one who had been working directly in the recruiting field, and she had an Arkansas pedigree (two post grad degrees) so she could sell the campus. Wilkerson is very close second, though - seriously impressive background to a recruit.
If you are Wilkerson, do you pursue the now vacant position?
they saying all those other coaches are gay?

Dear Ben here never had a chance. Personally I'd have hired Ms Fields...
But neither she nor Dorrell had ever played, nor been recruited to play, college football. The only person with direct, physical experience with that process was overlooked. If I'm a smart recruit (and I know that's asking a lot when the testosterone is flowing) I want to interact with someone who has been there and done that. Not with someone who has been there and done that with the head football coach....
I'm not sure the function of the job would require a full breakdown on the history of being recruited. I mean, what you suggest the recruits can get from the players on campus. I'm not sure what the role is for this specific position but I am sure it involves a lot more than just taking them on tours of the campus or something. i mean, I'm not eve sure the recruits would have much interaction with this person? The former football player had an impressive resume too but to me the girl had the better qualifications overall. It says something when the guy who held the position previously recommends you. JMO.
Dumb question here.... but does this not open up a lawsuit from Wilkerson's perspective for discrimination? It was clear he had job qualifications for him to name those whom he referred, plus Petrino had the innapropriate relationship with Dorrell which gave her a "leg up" on the other applicants? JW
It was a good hire after all, she'd had already been working under him.....
If you dreamed you were a sleep and you woke up, would you be awake?
Not a dumb question at all. He could certainly claim gender discrimination and the claim would have some risk associated with it from the university's standpoint, particularly on these salacious facts. I do not, however, think the practical risk of Ben Wilkerson suing for discrimination is very great. I'm sure he'd rather not be labeled as such in the industry.
True, and that means he knew her better than the back, er, palm of his hand...

She was only trying to get AHead in her career...
It's possible all four of them were in a swinging love triangle. Check the phone records of the other two...then you'll have a story worth reading about.
