From Yahoo! Sports: DALLAS (AP) -- The former financial adviser for ex-NFL quarterback Vince Young said under oath that he arranged a high-interest, seven-figure loan for Young during the 2011 lockout because the player wanted to throw himself a $300,000 birthday party even though he was running low on funds.

bob McNair is the owner of the Texans and is a member at the club I work at.
McNair said 2 years ago that Vince will have a struggle that will test his heart once he's done with football.
I believe McNair is close with Deloss Dodd's and possibly even a UTejas alum.

The only way Vince has a chance at keeping his possessions is to counter sue because of predatory lending practices.
I am no lawyer, but this seems most logical.
