GUYS, for those of you who aren't able to see ESPN right now.. EVERY SINGLE TIME they come back from a commercial they start the segment off by talking about ND, and how Great ND's Defense is.. it is getting sickening..
While I was typing this, they just did it again... NOTHING about Bama...
Playing right into our hands. Playing right into our hands......RTR!
ESPN is blacked out in the players rooms, kind of wish it wasn't, RTR
Apparently their defense is 'historic'. I have a feeling BAMA's about to rewrite history.
The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. 2 Cor 10:4
It's ok. We'll hear plenty after game. ROLL TIDE !!
Back in the day, I ran a 3.9 in the 20
Seriously, Just smile, and wait for tonight. Not a big issue imho? but that's me.
It is on the verge of sickening...

Everything I have seen is people picking us to win by 10+.
Same as last season. Our defense was disrespected, and they were pissed. Ask the HB how that turned out. They'll be pissed again tonight as well!!!
Which people ? Other than people who work for pro Bama media outlets of course.
Yeah, I see. Does seem very slanted. I guess we have to realize that unless your a BAMA fan, or one of the few SEC fans (other teams) that want the SEC streak to continue....your probably for Notre Dame. So much of the country outside of SEC land is sick of us. Even the haters of ND I think for this game have joined up with their fans.
It truly seems US against the World tonight. Fine by me....I would much rather they talk up ND before the game, and then be forced to talk up BAMA after
Luciano, I am talking about the segments as soon as they come back from breaks on ESPN.. That is what I was referring to.. NOT one segment where they broke down the Bama "O" or "D"...
Ivan Maisel, Chris Low, Edward Aschoff etc .. Here are some more -
I just noticed that on my lunch break... 3 segments on ND 0 on Alabama.
ESPN is trying to will them to victory. Bama is viewed as the bad guy in this matchup.
ESPN is creating a post-game narrative for story lines they already have written.
When Bama wins the narrative will be = Dynasty! To have overcome the mighty ND defense. Overhype
If ND wins = Def was to tuff just like we said.
No. Everyone is pretty much picking us to win this game. Cowherd went Bama 27-13 this morning. I haven't really seen anyone besides ND fans picking ND.
ESPN absolutely loves Bama, but you have to remember that they are a business. Everyone knows we're going to win tonight so why would a neutral observer want to watch the game? ESPN has to convince their audience that ND is good so people will tune it and watch the game.
This is why I will not watch the pre-game until tomorrow, so that I can savor it and laugh and those who picked ND.
I wanna see this look from Coach tonight...
ROLL TIDE ROLL...
Beat Notre Dame!!
"obstructive view"? add that to the list of BOL'isms. Is that like standing behind Fluker at a concert? Also LSU was the greatest team in the history of college football before we humiliated them last year.
I haven't thought they were biased at all. Their job is to hype this game and I think they are doing a great job of that.
Honestly tho, can u blame them? I'd b sick of it too.
Just looking at it from the outside in, realistically.. Yes I'd be totally sick of SEC dominance in this game if I was a fan out west or anywheres else but the SEC. Comes with the territory. I also don't get too upset about the love fest with ND in lead up to the game itself. IMO, deep down they all know there's no real reasoning behind picking ND to win. They only have the defense to talk about and Manti Teo. What they don't talk about is the real mismatch with their tight end and what those 2 DL can do to our running game. It ain't MT. Those 2 guys on the DL I worry about. Not MT. They don't play good on ST either. I understand their pushing for a close game and a possible upset because that's what espn does. Create a stir even if there isn't one to create. There's a reason ND is a 10 point underdog.
“Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present.”
THIS^^^^ How many times did you hear about LSU's great defense last year? When all was said and done, LSU's vaunted defense gave up 60% more yards than Bama's per game. Bama left no doubt last year and I think this year will be the same.
