I am almost positive that is what he said. Folks watching it w me heard the same thing. Anyone hear it or better yet know why he yelled it?
I didn't hear it from Reed, but I know that I started chanting it for some reason.
Actually I saw someone tweet that he did say that. Maybe it's true but didn't hear it myself
RT @wwltvsports: Ed Reed has now lost it. Just sang "two tickets to paradise" and then issued a "Roll Tide, man!" -- Adam Kramer (@KegsnEggs)

maybe he was yelling to Cody, Upshaw and/or Ozzie. otherwise, no idea.
Roll Tide is a slang way of saying you're the champs.
Back in the day, I ran a 3.9 in the 20
I don't know what Ed Reed said but that statement is awesome! "Roll Tide" might become so big that it brings on the epic status of being used as a noun, verb, and even adjective. Much like FedEx and Xerox and their name brand being used in language not associated with the actual company... if we keep winning championships then I can see how it could become a universal saying to describe all aspects of sports domination unrelated to Alabama.
I heard Flacco yell this
I figured as much.
On Alabama: CeCe Jefferson - "It was a bunch of beautiful women..." Reggie Ragland - "oh the females of course..."
First he was doing the Eddie Money 2 tickets to paradise, then the ROLL TIDE commercial. yada yada he was a virgin until - Roll Tide.
I think we should go with - ROLL TIDE, slang for I am a Champion! Gary nailed it.
Yep, will probably be defined in Urban Dictionary soon. Then eventually Webster will pick it up. No doubt. Hell Steely Dan put it in a song.
RayLewis: "So elated that I got to Roll Tide into the sunset of retirement"
I could see it..
Ed Reed knows.
"They got a name for the winners in the world
And I want a name when I lose
They call Alabama the Crimson Tide
Call me Deacon Blues"
