Pruitt - DC
Im not saying its true but FSU insiders are saying it is happening. tifwiw
"The (All In) Family"
On Alabama: CeCe Jefferson - "It was a bunch of beautiful women..." Reggie Ragland - "oh the females of course..."
Who knows...but If this happens, Coach Saban will hire 3 new coaches and those coaches will be hot commodities in 2 years. That is the cycle when you are on top. This happens every year. It's not a huge deal.

Makes me as a realist. Wonder if the rumors on Coach Saban are starting to hold a little water.
Wouldn't that mean Kirby would be head coach and CJP would be DC? Come on man
I can't see Burns going at 59 years old and the fact he's never been mentioned about going anywhere before. And I would imagine if Lance Thompson leaves this time it will be his last with Saban....
Only surprising name here is Burns but same here.
This makes no sense at all. First off they don't have enough room for 3 assistants and second I highly doubt they would make lateral moves Pruitt does not have that much pull on them.
I completely see where you are coming from as well. But there are a lot of smoking guns right now. I am just one to look at real possibilities. That doesn't mean I think it should or will happen. Just conversation. Ease up.
Would you list said "smoking guns"?
Lance really needs to calm down and stay at a job for more than a year or two. I really doubt that Burton Burns would make a lateral move to Florida State. I am going to call that what it is, BS.
Also, even if they do leave, Saban is not going anywhere guys. He is retiring at Alabama and will probably work for the University in some capacity when he is done coaching. Any of his assistant coaches leave, the train will keep on rolling.
I was thinking the same thing about LT. If he was to leave again not sure Saban would take him back again..
If you haven't been following all that has been talked about in the last week then I can't help you.
Wasn't Eddie Gran their rb's coach and now Tubbs OC?
Sorry dude, I didn't intend to come across as a jerk. My bad
Define insiders .... is it coming from their board mods ? If this is the case then lucky should know something ....
The one Coach IMO that is underrated is Coach Burns and I would hate to lose. I think that he is the best RB Coach out there. Look at our RB's and what they have accomplished since he has been Coaching for the Crimson Tide. RTR
You do realize that this whole Saban "going to the NFL" was a made up story by a reporter who took things out of context, right? Also the guy that was supposed to be hired to be the GM of the Browns has not been hired and just last week said that he doesn't think that Saban is leaving Alabama, right? You also realize that the Browns job will probably not be open this year, right? You also know that Terry Saban said that they are not leaving, right?
A guy takes a promotion with one of the premier college football programs in the country, and a unsubstantiated rumor from FSU "insiders" about two other coaches leaving has got you thinking that Saban may be leaving? I would love to see what your "smoking guns".
Not trying to be a jerk but there is no real evidence, direct or indirect that indicates that there is any shred of truth to Saban leaving Alabama. Also, during his contract extension negotiation, there was even talk of creating a position for him after he retires from coaching in the Alabama athletic department. Saban is going to retire at Alabama. You shouldn't be concerned about him leaving.

Yeah he is, but I don't think none of them would be considerd for that job. So I don't think there is any room for them I just don't see it happening, but I have been wrong before it would be stupid for a lateral move
Dude come on. We are going to lose assistant coaches each year. We lose 1-2 each year. When u win games and championships, other schools come after your coaches. We replace them will good coaches. It also don't hurt to have new and hungry people on the staff.
Haha. No need for apology. I didn't think you were. I just hate to see anyone get worked up over something that at this point is pure speculation.
Krd you a fireman?
No actually I did not know this. Thanks for sharing. I had no idea a reporter had made anything up. This is the reason I don't mind discussing without a pissing contest. However when u start seeing discussions of coaches within our staff making lateral moves it can raise a little concern. I would not blame Pruitt by the way. That would be a great promotion.
