All you AG haters need to get a life. You guys just don't get it, what missing with this team is the inside play. If we had J. Green for one more year , this will be a different team.Really i think the man have done a great job for what we have in this very young team. When we play on the road, 85% of the time, we are in the game ,Yall know for a fact we could never win a road game with MG.He have us right there in the hunt for the west title.
Last night was just one of those game, hell auburn didn't score but 13 points in the first half and they was at home.Mal do the hiring and firing and when get ready,he will fire AG ,Really i don't that will happen no time soon. We have two post men that will come in next year.Remember yall deffense wins campionships
I scored more points in school in a game than our whole team scored in the second half and I sucked. Our offense or lack thereof blows.
You probaly wasn't playing any body.
Mal has screwed up every hire he's made but one. I'm not overly confident.
But offense puts butts in the seats and our offense should be better with the players that we have.
Ray Charles could see that we needed to sign a big man in last year's class to replace Green or atleast provide depth to our horrible front court and Grant had four available scholarships and signed one SF/wing player in Pollard. This is year four, who's fault is it that we have zero inside play? His mismanagement of the roster and his lack of recruiting a solid post player is solely his fault.

Didn't mean to down vote you. On a cell phone so I am sorry.. I agree with you. AG is a good coach and will get it together. We have a young team and a couple injuries that was unexpected. If AJ would have gotten hurt this year we would have been 9-3 at best so some things are out of your control. They play hard, never quit, and we have had a chance to win almost every game. AG will end up being a good coach...
Ok AG screwed up on not getting a good post player in one of his recent recruiting class and it is his fault, but we have to support this guy.Do remember WIMP SANDERS teams, Great Defense and Average Offense. We got some big men coming
Ah yes, ole Wimp Sanders.....
Grant hasn't signed one good post player in his first four years at Alabama.
There is no west title anymore. YOU FAILED

Well blaming Mal is ignorant! I could sit here and defend the man all night but if you think it's his fault, your wrong!! At the time Grant was hired, most of us thought it was a pretty good hire. Who knew it would turn out like it has. Not me.
Have you watched us his year. Truth is the team doesn't play hard the whole game like Grant's former teams did. I really think most of the team has had enough of playing for Grant. Even in Grant's own post game press conferences Grant has said we lost because of lack of effort at least 4 times.

Not happening here keep moving along. It's like rubber necking at a bad accident scene.
our fan base scares me sometimes. I hope people don't talk like they type messages on this board. If so they make us look like some uneducated morons.
If Coach Saban fails to recruit any OL to protect the QB and block for RB's...who would you blame?
If the CEO of XYZ Corp. fails to hire a competent marketing team, and they lose market share and their widgets aren't widely know....who would be at fault?
If Lucky and Travis fail to hire competent writers and analysts and their isn't a good product for BOL members...would you still pay your monthly fee?
Having a presence in the paint (offensively and defensively) is crucial in today's game and recruiting talent and developing that talent is the responsibility of the coach. Anyone can draw up X's & O's, but if you can't implement it with the players you have, then you have 2 choices: 1.) Continue to fail 2.) Adapt & Change
Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
Grant has 1 more year in my book and that's next year. If we still suck after next then I would be suprised if he isn't fired. Great defensive coach but lacks motivational skills for the team and absolutely horrid on offense which is what wins collee basketball games. For what it's worth I think he would be a great assistant coach for somebody if he would just stick to defense. His lack of roster management is nobody's fault but his own.
