I'm not sure if this has been posted. Evans called in today, and LebRetard played back CNS comments and account of what happened. Evans' response to CNS comments are at about the 8:40 mark.

After he played back CNS comments, He called CNS a great politician (laughingly). Gave him credit for being the best college football coach ever, but said "anyone with a good pair working eyes would know" he was very ill because he puking green stuff everywhere. Heath Evans also blasted Mike Holmgren for almost 10 minutes for his time in Seattle. Saying he lost respect for him and has lots of stories. Heath is a bum, plain and simple. He tries to be funny but it comes across as being arrogant and totally not funny. He's just a bum IMO.

“Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present.”
Thanks for this, HHM. Excellent recap.
And I'm sorry I let you guys down. I've only had access from my phone most of the evening, and I'm like a retard trying to type too much on it. +1s to you all for my being a bad BOLer this evening.
Evans is pathetic! RTR!
That Holmgren story was just odd...and didn't help Evans come across as much of an authority on locker room subjects.
I would guess many listeners now believe Saban who didn't before.
Yep. How could anyone believe a guy who's been cut from 2 teams, and now has the reputation of being a story teller against his former NFL head coaches? How could this have helped him at all? Sounds like a bitter person to me who has no respect for authority. What was the purpose of telling that story from the shower? CLIFFS: Heath was saying after OTA's while in Seattle, Coach Holmgren walked up to him near the showers and asked him where Shaun Alexander was and when Heath told him he didn't know, he says Holmgren berated him on why he didn't know where he was. Saying also, "that lost some respect from me when he asked me where our star RB was, knowing he was never gonna ask Shaun, so he asks me". Heath...are serious? You were a 3rd round FB selection..know your place. We all remember Holmgren's distaste for Shaun's laid back attitude when first arriving in Seattle, but if you remember he quickly stopped talking about it when Shauns yards piled up followed by the then NFL rushing TD record that he set. Even the coach knew his place then...A retired fullback still does not.
I saw Heath Evans speak at an FCA event when I was in high school. No joke, 90% of it was a total bragfest on himself. He literally said things like, "Me and Rudi Johnson were one of, if not THE BEST, BACKFIELD in college football history." Me and my teammates were looking at eachother with this shock on our faces. Did he really just say that? Is he on drugs? Most of my teammates were Auburn fans too.
I attended many FCA events through junior high and high school, and this is one of the events that sticks out the most. Heath Evans made a complete tool out of himself.
So funny to see this post.
