Am I the only one who thinks they are pointless? What are they really used for? I do admit fashion wise they look good on some people but besides that please enlighten me.
Keeps Brandon Spikes' fingers out.
Beats wearing glasses. RTR
I was wandering about that can you get the visors in your prescription so you don't have to wear glasses or contacts?

They are freaking sweet! My favorite...R.I.P. Sean Taylor
You can LT has one, that's why it's so dark.
Not sure if serious...
Eye gauging, sunlight....
Why are boobs good? THEY JUST ARE.
You make some interesting points.
You can't motorboat a helmet visor . . .
But you can motorboat an a$$crack.
On Alabama: CeCe Jefferson - "It was a bunch of beautiful women..." Reggie Ragland - "oh the females of course..."
.. of course that's why they use the visors. I saw Siran Stacy years ago get his eyes gouged at the bottom of a pile of players. Had to watch closely on the replay, but there it was.
Most any man who played the game has gotten a finger in the eye at least once. Face shields should have been invented much sooner, in my view.
"Fashion" considerations by a football fan? My word... Just let our elite athletes make their subjective choices in their battle armor and play the game, entertaining us.
I just remembered that guy who hurt his eye bc a ref threw his flag into his face mask, I can't remember his name though somebody help me out.
Orlando Brown. I didn't realize he died.
Brown, an offensive tackle for the Cleveland Browns and the Baltimore Ravens, was once temporarily blinded in one eye by a referee’s errant penalty flag.
And here is his son. I think they might have his height incorrect. I've seen him listed at 6'10".
If u could show me were to get visors in prescription that would be great. My kid wears glasses and have never been able to find in prescription.
I thought Dennis Riddle looked pretty sweet with one on..
nope, that is correct, he is 6'10 ,360 in the 10th grade. Plays at Peachtree Ridge
