How can he be about to break the all time high school rushing record nationally and only be ranked 21st? Is it competition level or something else. I'm trying not to see through crimson glasses but shouldn't this guy be challenging for the top spot. Would love for recruiting gurus to explain. Thanks.
lot of analysts are convinced he will never play rb. so they project him to other positions and rank him accordingly.
Competition level from what I've gathered from posters from the state of Florida.
But from all indications we are playing him at rb so why not rank him accordingly. I also understand the competition argument in some cases but not in a state like Florida and not with the numbers he's putting up. Regardless, I feel like he's special. I felt the same way about Cooper last year, not getting the respect he deserved and feel like he's been the top freshman wideout in the country. My guts Henry will have an immediate impact even in a position of strength next year.
No worries about Henry. He will produce at the next level.
And when he does, certain posters should not even be allowed to comment.
Got to be a little bit of this. He's bigger than his offensive linemen and the team he played on ESPN a few weeks back, he was bigger than everyone of their defensive players.
21st in the country isn't bad. The record is impressive for sure but most, if not all, are evaluating strictly off potential. Production plays a part as well but more so projecting. I for one believe he's an elite player at either RB or on defensive so it's not a concern for me. I could see him higher in the ranking. But 21 is a strong ranking at the same time.
