OJ Howard at TE with Cooper, Foster and Black at WR all on the field at the same time! Not to mention Yeldon in the backfield!
With a seasoned QB throwing the rock. If our new line gets protection for AJ this could be the most prolific offense ever at bama. Will not even be fair. I do wonder if OJ will crack the line up though.
Next year will field the best offense in the history of Alabama football.
1960 Les Paul
Go a step further. They run a series or two...then we bring in...
Drake, Hart, Fowler, Jones, Henry, Tenpenny.....just to keep them totally fresh and insanely productive
Add in, Norwood, Jones, Jones, White, Bell, Woodson, Shinn.....as well as a couple others.
Add in, Volgler, Jones, Freitag, Faciane
And DeAndrew White ( our best WR early this season), Norwood, Bell, Cyrus and Christian Jones, Jalston Fowler, Dee Hart, Altee Tennpenny, Tyren Jones, Derrick Henry...
I agree as long as we can replace the LG, C and RT without too much of a drop off. I'm curious to see how good our run blocking will be next year.
It appears the tackle spots may be at least thought of as settled? Well see if it plays out that way. With Brown being signed as a JUCO, we know the history of signing those players the last few years...he may very well move into Flukers spot? with Kwon of course still at left tackle. So we most likely add Kwon2 to one guard spot. Steen would seem to be the other? The talent is obviously there to be just fine. How quickly they play as a unit will be all I question. It is also nice most likely 4 of the 5 starters (assuming Brown does indeed end up earning one tackle spot) have been in our system for at least a year practicing what we do, what we expect, how to do it....etc. etc. etc. It's a huge jump instead of having to start over with 3 brand new starters.
I agree. Cohesion will be huge. Of course, we will miss Michael Williams from a blocking standpoint (sealing the edge) than most people realize.
Totally agree. Can't replace what he did, not with one player. Having the young guys continue to grow like there doing now will be huge going forward for us. I don't think there is any chance our Oline is as productive as this years. How could it? But, can we as the year progresses, come together to get the job done? Give AJ time, open holes for the backs?
I've posted this a few times....the key for me to next years success is two main things: The Oline and The Hunger. ....especially if we do win Jan 7th.
Didnt scare me but i bout had an orgamsm thinkn bout that.. wait that in itself is kinda scary..
With this group all being on the field at the same time. I don't see us having much of a problem with a pass rush and don't see other teams blitzing much because not one of these receivers can be covered one on one.AJ should have a record breaking year and be a top 5 pick next year.TJ should break alot of long runs on draws and screens with all these receivers going deep with speed, half of the defense will be 30 yards down field before he breaks the line of scrimage.
I could be wrong but it looks like an unstoppable offense to me.
Please take a towel...thank you.
Malcome played at Picayune high school, who runs 90 percent of the time and makes opponents like It.
you got that right
Vince Lombardi was asked how it felt to have the best football team in the world. He replied, I don't know. We haven't played Alabama yet.
Will have to be mighty prolific to dominate like the 70's wishbone teams....yes running teams were prolific....
TRADITION IS THE FOUNDATION GREAT PROGRAMS ARE BUILT UPON.
