Not saying I am impressed with them as a contender, just the fact that they show a ton of resiliency thus far. Second half play is where its at. Getting down, getting stops, getting the lead, keeping lead, making more stops. Sound familiar? Well, we usually have the lead, but when we don't we usually show mad resiliency. Those are the tough teams to beat...the resilient ones. UF has come away 3-0 with a challenging road schedule start to the season (couldve gone either way too but resilient and improving). All other SEC tough games are played at the Swamp (exception of UGA at neutral spot).
I dont know, just thought it was very noticeable what kind of team we should expect to see from UF. Not totally impressed just yet, I will wait until that brutal OCT schedule of opponents makes its way through first but as of right now I am impressed with their "resiliency".

Muschamp has done a good job. They seem like they are improving more every week and will probably become contenders again in a year or two.
I agree with you, they have shown a mental toughness not shown by CUMs last couple of teams or recruits. I think it will come down to the Ga vs Fl game for the East. Both teams appear to be a little ahead of USCe.
Muschamp is a good coach. I think people where way too quick to judge him. He was in his first year with Florida and had to completely change that program.
They are still working on getting offensive players to fit what he wants that side of the ball to do but the defense is loaded.
Also, the players are buying in to his process.
I think they are a much better team than most give them credit for being. The injuries haven't been kind to them but that's still a very good team. I'm glad we don't play them in the regular season. We are better than them but playing tough teams takes it toll. They will be a very tough game for LSwho.
UF will be the power in the east again in time. Will give Georgia all they want this year,B teams that play tough are hard to beat .Bama being the prime example.
