Who is the one recruit that you wanted to us sign, you think could have been an impact player for us, but either didn't make a push for, or didn't show alot of intrest in? I asked who we didn't push for, or show intrest in, to make it interesting, I think most of us agree Vanderdoes, Connor, and Tunsil were the top 3 we wanted, but it wasn't because we didn't push for them!
1)Matthew Thomas, I think we all wanted him, but according to Tim, we didn't push for him on his OV, and apparently our staff liked Williams more. This kid is a straight up Baller, he can cover, he can hit, and he can rush the passer. With more of the SEC going spread, players like this are worth their weight in platinum. Kid is a future first rounder.
Honorable mention). Holland Fischer.

The price of victory is high, but so are the rewards.

Ghost, you forgot the (g)
Artie Burns(I wish we had continued to recruit him after decommit)
A stud but never even in consideration it seems.
I know not all the FSU staff was sold on him. Don't think it was them being butthurt.
Agree with this....
If we would have continued to push for him, he was ours. All the talk about ut making a move was BS, I still don't understand what happened with his recruitment. He was a top priority, then we no longer have room for him. I know we got Jackson, but you can never have too many elite safeties!
As for Dobbs, I cannot comprehend why we would take McCloud over him.

You get out of it what you put into it!
I agree, and if Jones was willing to grey shirt like some speculated?! Not sure why we didn't take Bell or Reed. Must have been #'s. How much attrition has to take place to get all 25 in this year? We only lose around 15 or so with seniors and juniors going pro early. Not sure if we were at 85 total.

Hands down Carl Lawson. I would have loved to have him. And I wish we could have landed Holland Fisher.
