Or is he explosive similar to Coop?
He is as explosive as you can get, my man.
1960 Les Paul
I too don't know anything about him. Can you or anyone else describe him more?
From what I've heard, this^^. A playmaker and star in the making.
Check out his Junior highlights. Wow!

Enjoying the process. RTR!
I have been hearing the same. We shall all know soon.
Vince Lombardi was asked how it felt to have the best football team in the world. He replied, I don't know. We haven't played Alabama yet.
Until he got hurt all you heard ahout was Black instead of Cooper.
I knew he was rated high. However just automatically thinking he is Amari Cooper is not realistic. I remember Tider in Fla saying he thought cooper should have been rated higher . Again I am not disputing. Obviously CNS thinks he is worthy so that is good enough. Was just curious at what type he was. Thanks for all the info.
Not true. Coach Saban mentioned cooper in almost every single press conference.
Not a flame but I don't think Saban is going to pull the redshirt off of a possession receiver. He's a game changer if he is healthy and really ready. He may be a little rusty. I don't think hr plays if he is too rusty. Saban indicated that he was looking fairly sharp in his press conference.
Just talked to someone who would know. Said he is a homerun threat and can help exploit a glaring weakness in UGA's secondary. Said their # 1 corner can neutralize Cooper. Hopes he can handle the pressure of the situation.
Any of y'all think he gets a look at kick/ punt returner? Anybody remember him taking reps back in the fall before his injury?
I know UGA is talented, but I find it hard to believe any of those corners can neutralize Amari Cooper.
It's happened this year(Him being neutralized). Great players aren't invincible.

Umm you are wrong. Saban always spoke of cooper with a little black every now and then
The only person that has neutralized cooper is aj........ Swann, smith nor either of uga corners can hold cooper.
Could be wrong but I thought I remember coach Saban saying on nsd that black reminded him of a bigger faster darius hanks. Not sure of that helps
Reminds me of Freddie Milons.
Appreciate posting what you were told. Don't shoot the messenger, right? The bullpups will be locked in with Cooper. He will get his IYAM, but they'll be all over him. Like you were told though, if CB5 can get that step on UGA's secondary, man that'll be fun to watch. Can't imagine they will have a solid scouting report on him. So when he gets his opportunity, he needs to capitalize.
Ok. It's not my opinion. It's someone I spoke with who gets paid in the profession. You seem to have a better grasp on it than he does though. No flame.
You get out of it what you put into it!
not going to question your source but if Cooper gets locked in 1-on-1 coverage with a CB from UGA, I like the chances of him making a couple of big plays. I don't like to get carried away but I thin Cooper is better at this stage than Julio was. He very well may end up with a 1,000 yards and double digit TDs...he would already be there if he had not gotten hurt against MSU and missed nearly the entire LSU game. I think he is a real star and I mean right now.
That said, I hope Black can prove to be the type of talent everyone seems to suggest he is. WE may need him in a big way on Saturday.
