I think he's been a great representative for the game of football, both in college and the NFL. But how long will our fanbase continue to hate him?
He played for Tennessee, so yes.
Yes, legendary player for UT
He led Tennessee fans in "Rocky Top" at Legion Field after beating Bama on top of a ladder.............I hate him.
He killed us while he was at tennessee. I cant stand him.
So what's he supposed to do after winning a rivalry game? Should he put on some headphones and quietly listen to Rocky Top? And our band has been known to hang around and play Rammer Jammer in visiting stadiums after a big win. Is there anything wrong with that? No, in my opinion.
So marry him if you love him so much.
Serious question: How old are you? Six?
Dude relax it was a joke.
Yes plus he is a Bronco which is just another shade or orange to hate
Boo this man! G:)
i love cops
Love the guy. He is my favorite active NFL player outside of our guys.
God, give me patience today. If given strength I may beat someone to death.
Or get your panties in a wad. And Yes I am seven. And I still hate Manning.
Yep, can't stand the a-hole.
Love that he came to my Broncos! Sorry I'm selfish like that. & the NFL is a big business.

I don't suppose you have to "like" him but I just can't understand anyone "hating" Peyton Manning. Why? Because he played at Tennessee. I want to beat UT worse than anyone on our schedule but you just have to be able to tip your hat to a guy like Peyton Manning who does everything the right way.
Peyton is nothing but a classy individual and I have a tremendous amount of respect for. Heck, even what he went through this year being cut by the Colts may not seem like much but I'm sure was a very difficult situation that he again handled in a first class manner.
Just wish we'd have beaten him a couple of times...:)
Nothing not to like about Peyton Manning. Guys start their NFL careers with a clean slate as far as I'm concerned. A school couldn't ask for a better representative in the NFL.
Until I draw my last breath...and maybe a little longer.
Until he dies. Or I die whichever comes first. BTW yes I can see where "rammer jammer" sticks in some opposing fans' craw BUT I do not recall McElroy or McCarron sticking around in KnoxVile and leading the band from the drum major's ladder. I loathe Peytie pie and its not because he beat us. I don't hate little Bro and he beat us too. Part of it I must admit is because I live in TN and they have him sainted. Besides have you noticed that he looks like the kid banjo player in "deliverance"
I hope he falls flat in Denver.

Peyton Manning plays the game the right way. These days that is hard to find. I think he deserves praise.
