close games under Grant. His offensive and defensive strategy produces it. It doesn't matter that we shot almost .500, the game was still in the 50s and a close game the entire time. Games will always be close. That game didn't have to come down to a terrible play that couldn't even get a shot off. Get ready for a little over .500 Alabama basketball team and low-scoring basketball and horrible games to watch.
"Hey, hey, hey. A life. A life, Jimmy, you know what that is? It's the shit that happens while you're waiting for moments that never come."
So I assume you are not a Grant supporter?
I think that's why we have a hard time with most teams regardless of rankings. Unless we shoot lights out its gonna be close. Aka Mercer, Tulane, sd st, ect. Hot shooting teams will probably blow us up. Ole miss and Florida worry me.

No reason to start a thread about it. Have you ever posted a single positive thing in your teenage life? I know better than to let it bother me but posters like you irk me with their ignorance. What are you really trying to accomplish by saying the last play wasn't a foul? It shouldn't have came down to that play but to use you jv girl officiating as experience is laughable.

I think everyone agrees that it should not have came down to that play. I'm guessing that you didn't see where he referenced his officiating pedigree to say that the last play wasn't a foul.
The game was very winable obviously and Grant could have done more to help his team. Then again he can't shoot free throws for them. But this is what avg bball looks like on the road in the SEC. To be great you have to be able to close games out. Today we folded. We also had alot of bad breaks at the end.
