Run37, I couldn't have said it any better. Your post needs to be put on all the auburn boards for those hypocritical lunatics to see. I wish the NCAA & some major news organization would find out & expose the corruption at auburn. It has gotten out of hand. They want to know why we despise them so. It's bad enough they do all the things you say in your post, but when you go out of year to get us in trouble for all the rotten, cheating things you do, that is beyond crossing the line. That crap of theirs needs to be dealt with for good.
“Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present.”
Can't recall any "Auburnites" that suggest Bama is evil huh? How about david housel comparing us to nazi Germany does that ring a bell? Try listening to a little sports talk radio in the state every once in a while. I think you'll be enlightened. Also we are talking about them getting what they deserve in the confines of FB fandom. Nobody is saying they aren't good people that pull for auburn. I don't wish them anything but happiness and prosperity in everything that matters. But this is a FOOTBALL MESSAGE BOARD! If you're not comfortable in people ripping their rivals then maybe you should stick to AL.com. Now on to religous matters. (I said I would never get into this again on here, but oh well) I used the term God. Well, not everyone that believes in God and has faith is southern baptist, you know. There are many, many different religous philosphies in the world. The concept of karma is actually widely accepted and documented in a number of religions word wide such as Jainism, Hinduism, Buddism just to name a few. Or if you must keep in the confines of your narrow world view, I can quote Galatians 6:7 " Do not be deceived; God is not mocked, whatever one sows, that will he reap also." Or Job 4:8 "As I have seen, those who sow trouble have reaped the same." And how about Luke 12:48? "But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whosoever much is given, of him shall much be required. And to whom men have committed much, of him shall they ask more." I understand that that some people get touchy about the word, but dude it's just the golden rule. Same thing taught in the Bible. You and I clearly have a different religious viewpoint. I get that. I can respect yours, I grew around it. I understand. But attacking people with intolerance and false humility is one of the reasons I got away from that type of thing.
An incredible example of tolerance, right here ^^^.
I asked you to present to me an authenticated text that spells out the meaning of the word, "karma," and you couldn't do it. That's typical of the "karma crowd." They hear this stuff anecdotally, not even knowing where it came from, and then speak about it like it's the gospel. Forgive my opinion, but it's a joke - and it doesn't exist.
Wow. I bet you're a lot of fun at parties. I mistakenly thought you were trying to have discussion, but it's obvious you're just trying validate your ego and show how "smart" you are. So go ahead, have the last word. It seems important to you.
