Yes, and it doesn't hurt to have someone older around who hopefully will show some leadership....It speaks volumes that he wanted to be part of the team.
He may be 28, but he hasn't gone through the wear & tear of playing football, so he probably can last a few more years than the average safety. The average age of 2013 pro bowlers was 27-28. I think we may get his best years at Alabama.

+1 I agree with you. The guy has all the tools. He just needs to learn the defense, and re acclimate himself to the contact. The guy could be a true sleeper.
