how do they compare?
Just based on highlight films...I would say they are extremely similar. If I were to give out some "pluses" of one guy over the other, then I would say that McMillan seems to have slightly more speed, more agile feet (getting around blockers), and he has fewer wasted steps. I'm a big proponent of efficient footwork at the LB spot, and McMillan seems to display that a little bit more. But the difference is not a whole lot and that is not based on a lot of film. You really need to be able to watch full game films to get a really good sense of a player. Highlight films are not the best evaluation tool.

McMillan looks more natural and explosive on the inside IMO, like a less hateful RH, while Daub looks like he's playing a position out of necessity for his team. Moves like an end and will end up on the edge at the next level.
