I stood in the GA Dome in awe of what I was watching. I've never seen Eddie, or any other Bama RB, play with that much fire and aggression in a ball game. Mark had his share of amazing games, Trent had his share of amazing moments and games, but Eddie last night just completely started taking over and I remember saying to myself "Oh my God...he's unstoppable."
We have had a LOT of great RBs come through here with many, many more on the way..but Eddie will be remembered for a long time for his performance last night. He was on a mission and played with a Herschel-like rage.
Roll Tide Eddie!
TJ and Lacy both went HAM last night. The OL was punishing people.
He ran angry...and wanted to hurt people...which I like.

Vince Lombardi was asked how it felt to have the best football team in the world. He replied, I don't know. We haven't played Alabama yet.
I think we are seeing a completely healthy Lacey right now. UA's depth at RB helped expedite the healing process for him early in the season imo. He's running with a purpose for sure.

Eddie made himself a lot of money last night.
Watching film on him when he was in high school, i knew that he was very good. It's a shame that he has never been completely healthy while at Alabama.
Bama has had great running backs, but when Lacy came in I thought that he could be something special; we finally saw it last night. Some players are just prone to bad luck and Eddie has been. I hope he has a great career in the NFL.
