Not bashing the kid, but he's a prime example of how easily influenced these kids are, and how recruiting is so fluid. Alabama and UGA recruited him for YEARS, built relationships, hosted him for multiple visits etc. Ole Miss swoops in with less than 2 weeks and manages to ink him. At the end of the day, 18 year old kids are about as predictable as roulette.
Yep. And from time to time you see a group of kids get caught up in the emotion and promises. We will see if it works out like they hoped.
all of this is true, but just because a school recruits you for 2 years doesnt mean you owe it to them to sign. You sign wherever you want to go.
I'm sure the offense the Freeze runs is great for an offensive lineman's NFL development.
And yet it was " all about the relationships"
We saw that happen a lot with AUs recruiting in the last few years. That ended poorly for many if those guys.
