When I mentioned how great it was this season for a college football group of seniors to have gone 49-5 over 4 years, 2 SECs, and 3 BCSNCs, he couldn't help but try and school me with..."well c'mon now, how many seniors are we talking about..5? Maybe 6 or 7?? They either get miraculously removed from your roster, transfer or leave early. Yall make it sound like it was an entire class or something".
Now it was my turn. Having not known the exact number of players from the '09-'12 seasons I knew it was way more than his hater logical numbers that are usually backed with skewed words and non facts. I told him he must be joking and he said he wasn't. He asks me how many I thought there were and I said, "gotta be at least 15". He was LOL. I told him to look it up and when he came back, his tails was noticeably between his legs saying (laughingly), "why do I even bother arguing with you?" Turns out the number was 18. Then he wanted to know how many were redshirted in '09. I had to convince him that it didn't matter because they experienced first hand every workout, every practice, every film session, every win, every loss (5 of em lol), and every SEC and BCS championship.
Then for the final nail in the coffin. I had to REMIND him that au had a 5 game losing streak this year and those Bama's seniors only experienced 5 losses in their career. He says, "1 year doesn't make or break a program". I said, "That wasnt what you said in 2010. You guys might be the only team to get a NC and then fall completely to pieces without reaping any rewards from it".
It wasn't much of a challenge but thought I'd share. He's a good dude but he admitted hes been reading message boards too much lately because of no football to watch. All in fun, well..for us it is! RTR

“Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present.”
A simple stat to remember: Alabama = 3 national championships if 4 years. The barn = 3 head coaches processed in 4 years.
If I remember right Aubarn had more attrition than we did by a big amount. Its ridiculous for any of them to talk about ours.
Guy is a dumbazz IMO. He wonders why he argues with you, and then proceeds to continue arguing. SMH
God, give me patience today. If given strength I may beat someone to death.
There was a list of players signed by Auburn since 2007 that were no longer in the program for various reasons. It's been posted on multiple boards before. Seriously, it was at least 40+ players that were kicked out, quit or didn't qualify academically. Auburn fans have no right whatsoever to talk trash about the way Saban runs Alabama's program. None.
I kind of "led the charge" with that back before the 2010 season. Chizik consistently lost 50% of each class within two years. This meant that they really were "young" each year, but it was their fault. A bunch of us looked at that and knew the collapse was inevitable.
