he is not a dominate post. Like most young post players, he wants to develop a wing skill set. He needs to gain weigh and focus on scoring around the basket. He struggled playing Gadsden City (Strong 6'6 Rakim and the 7' kid)
He seems to have good feet. He made a nice spin move off the dribble.
Is this a kid that we are pursuing very heavily?
From my understanding, Bama has offered,,, 2014 class.
Was the 7-footer the Haas kid? If so, how did he look? I'm thinking I would rather have him than Lee. Thanks in advance for your reply Mr. Gold. RTR!!!
No,, The Kid that plays for Gadsden City is Trey Kalini and He does not know how to play the game yet.. He is a sophomore and is closer to 6'10. He is a young Carl Engstrom, with slightly better hands and a slow developing 10 foot jump shot.
Did Lee go to LSU last week? I have a buddy that works for the team. He didn't know about him. Not flaming, I was just curious if we were pursuing Lee and I have a close friend with the LSU team that tells me some of their recruiting info.
On Alabama: CeCe Jefferson - "It was a bunch of beautiful women..." Reggie Ragland - "oh the females of course..."
No, he did not visit LSU. He played in the Officials Clinic at Huffman High school... That's where I saw him. An AAU coach told me, prior to the clinic, that he would be at LSU.
One of his profiles shows that we have offered him.
