this is probably a bad sign. Any time you have to be tranferred to a specialty hospital (not to mention bypassing one in the same city) means it's something serious (usually).
Pure speculation, but based on some exterior facts pieced together, CMM is at Duke for a Lung Transplant. He was
admitted locally recently for "heart" problems, then after release said NOT to be "heart related". I was told by someone
who had seen him lately, said he looked winded and not walking around very much. Suspect he has pulmonary
hypertension and Lung Transplantion is the best treatment and Duke is a Center of Excellence for that procedure. I just
speculate all of the above, but it could be the likely reason. Best wishes and prayers for Coach Moore, but he will be in
very good hands at Duke. Excellent medical center, as is UAB, but they have greater experience/success rates with
This is correct. My source told me that he could barely speak without being winded. He will need a lung transplant and Duke U. is the best of the best.
