He was all class Jan 8th morning
On Alabama: CeCe Jefferson - "It was a bunch of beautiful women..." Reggie Ragland - "oh the females of course..."
Funny how that turned out
The baddest team in the baddest conference just kicked your a**
Not a pretty picture
He was firing his people up and his boys play for ND so I don't blame him for that. He showed a lot of class the day after the South Beach Beatdown. It is funny to watch it knowing how things turned out though. RTR!!!
Wow...watching that makes me enjoy our win so much more! I wonder if eating crow is on Golic's weight loss program...That is some serious arrogance on that stage!!
Was the "best" part in the first few minutes of the video? It was a 40 min video, and I turned it off when Martin Short got on stage.
Same here. That's like an instant "it only goes down from here" flag.
I think he's a total turd.
He was all class after the game. Admitted we completely dominated them, called it a butt kicking, and gave us all the credit.
Uh, guys... It's a pep rally... He's supposed to sound arrogant. Funny in retrospect but some of you guys should remove the crimson glasses once a yr... It's ruining your vision.
Doesn't get any better than Martin Short calling him Elliot Golson!
OP does realize Golic is a former player and father of two current players, doesn't he? What's the guy supposed to say? It was a pep rally!

No, I just assumed Mike Go-lick was just someone that ND folks grabbed out of the crowd and handed a microphone to... Thanks for the heads-up, pal.
Just curious, what would you expect him to say in a notre dame rally?
Id expect him to NOT shake like a 'spastic' and mock "the biggest, baddest conference in the nation", for starters... The guy is a high profile sports media figure, for crying out loud. Imagine how YOU would feel, had you been him on that video, and NOW... Not hard to grasp here, pal.
Former player and two sons play plus other people in his family played for ND. He was very humble about it on the show the next day.
I never get riled up by fans of other teams. We as a fan base can be pretty bad ourselves. For Christ sake we tell teams after we beat the crap out of that we just beat crap of em as if they didn't know or needed a reminder. God I love Bama
Pal, Buddy, what's hard to grasp for me is how seriously you are taking this. Pal, I'm positive he feels just fine, considering he raised two collegiate athletes who played on a national championship contender and has a job a lot of people would kill for, pal. I guess he should have said, "I am an alum, and have two boys on this team, but I'm sorry folks we are overmatched in this game."
It's amazing the straws people grasp at on this site. What an idiot.
hope be reads these blogs,,,,he is very foolish,,,hahahahahahahahahahahahaha,,,,,,,,,,so foolish,,,hahahahahahahahahahaha
Actually, we also tell inferior teams that we just barely scrape by that we just beat the hell out of them. Tennessee and Auburn in 2009, for example. Fans of other fan bases may think that's pretty dumb. And just like Mike Golic, we certainly don't care what fans of other fan bases think about us when we're supporting our team. There have been many games that we won when we sang that we just beat the hell of them when, in reality, we did no such thing.

but was it a pep rally or a giant case of SEC butthurt ?
Id LOVE to hear Mike Go-Lick's take on his favorite college LB's recent love life... Bwahahahahahahahaha!
