First I would like to say the crowd was relatively polite before the game because most of the LSU fans feared another beat down are were fairly humble by their standards. That being said, I was with my 10 year old on his first road trip. As we were walking towards the stadium to enter, we were approached by this guy and his chick. He was dressed in typical corndog attire and he and his girlfriend were saying f-you, f-bama, f-Nick Saban, and then he started getting right up in my face yelling as loud as he could. Finally he walked on by and when he did I yelled for him and his chick to pose for me so I could take their picture. I snapped the pic and started to walk away when he asked me why I wanted his picture. I promptly told him I would be taking their picture back home to show the rest of the family what a real "coon ass" looks like. Most of the other LSU fans around us started laughing.
If we would have lost the game, I have no doubt we would have had a very difficult time leaving out from the stadium. Instead it was like when the teacher in the room writes no talking on the chalk board. There was a silence that just hung in the air as LSU fans walked like zombies back to their tailgates. We had a great time and I will have memories that will last a lifetime. There is something special about sharing a moment of Alabama history with your son.

Damn! For a second I thought I saw her boob hanging out, but it was his. Lol
+1 for backing it with a pic.
Sad part is that his are bigger too.
LMAO at the pic. Great story.
LSU fans are such trash. Wish I had been down there to experience that. I bet it was amazing seeing them leave after that. +1
Blake Sims has a message for those two.
This was my first time to attend a game at Tiger Stadium. Some thoughts:
1. They hate Alabama. Genuine hate. Every other t-shirt worn had some reference to Bama on it (Beat Bama, F*ck Bama, Buck Fama, etc). They booed our band at half-time (not just the students, it was everyone). And after they went ahead in the 4th they started a F*ck Nick Saban chant. Cowboy Mouth also changed the words to Sweet Home Alabama that included the same disdain for Saban. It bordered between funny and sad how much they hate us.
2. Stadium atmosphere is A+. Food is A+. All other gameday ratings were C- at best. Only 1 video screen in the stadium, getting to bathrooms/concessions was the worst I've experienced since the Rose Bowl, and the parking/traffic was terrible.
3. I had multiple things thrown at me (mostly footballs) while walking through what I assume is their version of the quad. And that's not even mentioning the constant chants of "tiger bait" (which I fully expected going in). They really go out of the way to try and do the whole intimidation thing. It's pretty sad.
Had I not experienced one of the greatest comebacks of my generation, I would never consider going back.
I would of tried to rescue that girl and console her...
On Alabama: CeCe Jefferson - "It was a bunch of beautiful women..." Reggie Ragland - "oh the females of course..."
Don't care about taunting and all that or tiger bait etc. the things I hate are profanity and trying to trying to start fights. Plus the guy trying to piss on my feet was insane. A lot of good peeps but a looooot of pricks. Atmosphere is fun although I've been o a few games there and I honestly got bored from the second quarter until the 4th. Stadium is better than it used to be cleaned it up a lot. Them booing our band was stupid. Their student section kills ours....as does their band.
My one experience was so bad I won't go back. Had several LSU fans that were standing on a ledge pissing against a wall attempt to piss on me and my friends as we walked beneath the ledge going to the game. Not going to go back to a place where you have to watch your back the entire time.
They deserve one another! Can't believe they were cussing you in front of a 10 year old. Well, I believe it. I just can't fathom holding my tongue. Great response to them.
I think you nailed it!
First I would have took that cancer stick out of her hand, and put it out on his face!... Then proceeded to console her.
What a freaking Jethro...I remember these dumbasses getting off their buses in the 80s when we played them in Legion Field and parading their drunk, belligerent, obnoxious asses into the stadium making complete tools of themselves. Just don't like 'em. Total crew of jackasses that are beginning to finally accept their place in the the SECW. I commend your patience and restraint bro - especially when these jerks act like that in front of a 10 year old. RTR!
I said I know it Dad ain't she cool...
