I found a post from a day or two ago about a parade on Jan 19th. Is this the same day they do celebration at BDS? I didn't see a time or much info in the post, so I assume nothing is finalized as of yet. Anybody got any info? I want to bring the family, but I'll have to wiggle out of working. Thanks folks!
I was thinking it was parade instead of the celebration like the past two. There will will a little gathering in front of the stadium at the conclusion of the parade though... that way you can still have your speeches and such.

The celebration is the parade. Starts at 2nd avenue and ends with a gathering at the steps of Gorgas library.
They aren't doing the stadium celebration this year.

Thanks. Hopefully we'll receive some solid info this week.
Found this. I guess that answers my question. Lol!! See y'all there.
Oops. Thanks Chris. We must have been posting at the same time.

I remember the parade after the 92 championship. That is the best thing to do IMHO. I remember a guy walking down the sidewalk with a Tennessee shirt on and people were giving him hell. They had a program in Coleman the night before too. It was a fun weekend.
Chris, I will be out of town and unable to watch any coverage. Will y'all have video of the event? TIA
Is there a Basketball game that day? I will be within 2.5 hours (kinda rare, stationed away and don't make it back much) and my wife hasn't been to a BB game or been in the museum. And, embarassingly, I haven't been to a parade. Thanks.
