3 different Projections...
when are selections made?
I thought it was today on ESPNU?
NM- for those interested, its on ESPNU at 11 AM tomorrow
well I know how i'll be spending my 11:00 - 11:30 tomorrow morning
KG at perfectgame has us a 2 seed in Eugene.
Getting sent to Corvallis or Eugene would suck. Indiana might be a decent draw for us, even though they might be a national seed. I know I'll be watching come 11:00 though.
Someone keep us posted. Away from TV. TIA RTR
So far, no Bama. Makes me think we're Bloomington bound.
If that's the case, :banana:
Top 8 seeds:
3. Oregon St
5. Cal St Fullerton
I would be ok with that draw. We need Turnbull back on his A game though. I didn't catch any of the SEC Tourney cause I was out of the country, but a few of his starts before that were borderline horrible. Since missing his start against TAMU, he's been off.
Wow... Florida made it in. Got the Indiana regional.
We got the FSU regional again. Facing Troy in the opening game.

Not a bad draw for us.. If we can keep playing solid D and find a way to be consistent at the plate, then we have a decent shot..
Complete BS that Florida got an easier draw than Alabama.
I do agree with this.. But ours isn't the worst either.. Not too far of a trip.. We have beaten Troy.. Fsu is good, but didnt end the season on a great note..
Here's the committee.
The members of the Division I Baseball Committee for the 2012-13 academic year:
Dennis Farrell (Chairman), Commissioner, Big West Conference;
Randy Buhr, Senior Associate Director of Athletics, Dr. Washington State University;
Joel Erdmann, Director of Athletics, University of South Alabama;
Larry Gallo, Senior Associate Director of Athletics, University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill;
Robert Goodman, Senior Associate Commissioner, Colonial Athletic Association;
Richard Greenspan, Director of Athletics, Rice University;
David Heek, Director of Athletics, Central Michigan University;
Eric Hyman, Director of Athletics, Texas A&M University;
Mark LaBarbera, Director of Athletics, Valparaiso University;
Ed Scott, Associate Director of Athletics for Student Services, Binghampton University.
We've read this story before.
We'll beat Troy, lose to FSU in a close one. Battle from the loser's bracket and then lose to FSU on Sunday since we'll be out of arms.
Florida State is good enough to go to Omaha every year. They usually win their regionals easily and then piss down their leg in the Supers.
And we play at 11:00 AM on Friday?
We did get the shaft, but it is what it is at this point. One thing I do know is we will be playing in one of the smallest parks in the country.
That's pretty much exactly what happened a few years ago down in Tallahassee.. Maybe we can have a little luck this year.. Our pitchers have got to be more efficient for us to have a chance.. Can't throw 50 pitches thru the first 2 innings and have a chance
Still 400 to dead center and the alleys are 365. Right field is closer than the Joe but left field is 340 down the line while the Joe is 325.
What does it matter if our draw is bad. We need to win the regional and then we would get to play Indiana in a Super Regional. So why do people keep saying Bama has a bad draw. I think it's a good one assuming we win our regional. Take care of business in regional and all you have to do is beat Indiana and you get to the CWS
