Thanks for posting - BTW, we have something special along those lines coming for you all Thursday.
Christopher Walsh covers Alabama football for BamaOnline, 247Sports, and is the author of 18 books.
Nice! Hope our Guys show out!
Jesse's gotta tear up the Bench right? :)
Surprising the Michael Williams wasn't invited
Yeah, me too.
Here's the full list of invited players: http://www.nfl.com/combine/participants?campaign=Twitter_participants

FYI, from Chris' NFL link, Warmack has the highest grade of any player at the combine. #Rolltide
Yep, and Milliner is third, with Fluker and Williams both in the top 30.
FYI, check out the analysis writeups they do, they're pretty impressive.
There's 10 guys from Alabama invited. Auburn has three: Corey Lemonier (DL), Philip Lutzenkirchen (TE) and Onterio McCalebb (RB)
No problem, Chris. I figured all of you guys were relaxing
Wait Onterio "Don't call me Barney Fife" McCaleb and his 140 lbs was invited over a 270 lb, championship winning, senior bowl scoring, NFL sized TE prospect? REALLY???
They needed someone to stand in front of Fluker to recreate an NFL version of this old NBA pic.

It's actually kind of ridiculous.
That is a glaring omission if you ask me, and I thought he played well in the Senior Bowl too. Really kind of shocked. There seriously can not be a better blocking TE in the draft, and he has shown good hands when given the opportunity. I hope this doesn't keep him from getting drafted.
Really sucks about Michael. I think his best football is in front of him. There is a chance he could get added if some of the ones listed do not make it, or have an injury.
To follow up, Pro Day will be huge for M Williams.
Q will go but won't be able to do anything but interview and possible bench press, he is working out on that right now. Had surgery on his foot last week and doctor said it will be around a four month recovery
Michael Williams won't be at the main combine, but I'm sure he'll be at a regional one, probably in Atlanta.
Here's the schedule:
For more information, visit www.nflregionalcombines.com.
The 2013 regional combines schedule:
Jan. 24-25: Honolulu, University of Hawaii
Feb. 9-10: Los Angeles, Orange Coast College-Lebard Stadium
Feb. 16: Houston, Methodist Training Center
Feb. 17: Cleveland, Cleveland Browns Training Facility
March 2-3: New York/New Jersey, Atlantic Health Jets Training Facility
March 9: Tampa Bay, One Buccaneer Place
March 10: Chicago, Halas Hall
March 16-17: Atlanta, Atlanta Falcons Training Facility
March 23-24: Seattle, Virginia Mason Athletic Center
March 23-24: Baltimore, Baltimore Ravens Training Facility
April 7-8*: Dallas, Cowboys Stadium
*2013 Super Regional Combine (by invitation only)
Jesse Williams is gonna go from a tweener to a top 20 guy after the combine. Homer aside he's gonna blow them away for his agility/speed/size ratio.
Add that to the fact that he's played DE and DT proving he's versatile across the DLine.

You'll never achieve great things until you believe that's what's supposed to happen
Interesting quote from the Dee Milliner analysis...
"Like all Saban cornerbacks, he was not taught or asked to backpedal in college, and will need to develop new technique and footwork."
Is this true?

Half truth. They said the same thing about Dre. Scouts just bs-sing.
Former Alabama and current Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick caused something of a stir when he told the media that he never backpedaled at

Nope. They backpedal every day in practice. I know because it's one of the few things we see each and every day.
This is one of those "myths" that's taken off because Alabama players don't use it a lot in games.
Here's a feature we're going to have the next couple of months, Damion Square draft-prep diary. Part I: http://alabama.247sports.com/Article/Alabama-defensive-end-Damion-Square-s-draft-prep-diary-part-I-115583
