US news ranked them at 7 but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Top notch doctors! Going to hate the 2-3 month recovery
Hang tough and keep your positive attitude and I know you'll be fine!! And if you get a chance, look up Dr. Holt and give her a big Roll Tide for me!
Lot of the pre-workouts are loaded with creatine. I like the boost they give me, but frankly a cup of coffee gives me a similar lift.
Best of luck in your recovery.

Another thing to keep in mind is what *else* might be in a particular supplement you're taking. There are a litany of examples of athletes taking a certain OTC supplement who have tested positive for banned substances who end up having the supplement tested and finding out there was a whole lot more in there than what was on the label.
I dealt with this all the time as a Flight Surgeon. Aviators, particularly military aviators (for obvious reasons) routinely want to be in top shape and, as their doc, it was my job to help maintain that. Unfortunately, many resorted to supplements that ultimately prove of little more use than to produce really expensive urine (basically pissing the money away). A key problem is that there is little to no regulation on these supplements, so what's on the label may not even be close to what's in the bottle. Creatine has shown some benefit. But by far the best method is a thoroughly researched diet and exercise regimen.
Tried to upvote you but accidentally down voted. Sorry. May God bless you during this ordeal.
God bless you brother and you will have a full recovery.
Wonder if Lance Armstrong used creatine?
Well I think this is why LiveStrong turned down the chance to do the joint study on a large scale basis. Clearly, they knew lance was taking supplements of some kind and didn't want it out.
Honestly, have no clue why he came out now and admitted it.
No worries. Thank you!
Best of luck mike glad to hear you caught it and are out in front. Buddy of mine got it, basically he was feeling around the jewels one day and one hurt really bad so he got checked.
On the creatine front, it's produced naturally in the body, all the supplementing it does is keep your muscles saturated with it. Whatever is left is pissed out.
