I would love to see ATL beat SF, but I cant see it. SF will most likely absolutely rip Matt Ryan to shreds as much as I hate to say it. They are IMO simply outmatched up front on both sides of the ball. As far as BAL and NE..Brady is just too damn good against a BAL defense that will most likely be a step slower throughout the contest. Flacco won't be a factor, but Rice might have a good day as he usually does. Its no coincidence that a few Saban coached players at UA are in conference championship games. NE-Brandon Deaderick, Hightower. BAL-Cody, Upshaw. ATL-Julio, Mike Johnson.
My prediction is NE-SF in the Super Bowl with NE harassing Kaepernick all evening long, something ATL won't have the horses to do this weekend. If I had a choice of a SB contest as of right now it would be ATL-NE with Julio as the SB MVP. But thats with my heart, not my head. G.
Once again the "Harbaugh" brothers are in the conference championship games and have another chance at facing each other in the SB. Both lost last year, but Jim has the easier road ahead IMO.

Falcons will play their best game of the year just wait and see those long balls that julio and roddy almost had in the first half against seattle would have been completed against the niner cornerbacks and they held up strong against lynch I am confident they can take gore out of the equation. Falcons by 7 calking upset here
49ers pass rush is much better than the Seahawks imho. & they've had problems with the dual threat qb's all year. I think 49ers & Pats in SB.

IF ATL had a really good QB---Ryan is NOT the answer there---then I might think of a way what you said might happen. But, as it stands, SF runs away with it to face NE as the OP says...

I don't follow the pros very much, but on the basis of the recent playoff games, I agree with you.
I hope Atlanta beats SF, but I just don't see it, unless they step up their game a whole lot. JMO
There wont be much time to throw any deep balls I'm afraid. SF can stay in 2 deep and win by 13 IMHO.
Only way ATL wins is if they find running lanes and TG has a monster monster game. I dont see many deep moments for ATL. Unless Ryan forces it down there which he is prone to do.
San Fran is the most dangerous & hot team at the moment. This has been the teams that have won the whole thing lately. They for sure have the best defense out of the 4 teams left. Key will be the young qb not messing up too much imho.
Your analysis of both games is line with the Baltimore/Denver talk last week by the "experts".
Ravens did not listen.
Seattle was the team everyone was claiming to be the hot team going into playoffs. Atlanta took care of them.
Hope I'm wrong, but SF is going to run Atlanta out of the stadium
Yeah but if you piss away a lead and play like Atlanta did in the 2nd half, it will get ugly for them this weekend.
Not in my eyes. SF is the most complete team left imo.
Would love an ATL- BAL SB, but Id also enjoy a "Harbough Bowl".
Ravens won. What'd I miss?
From a front seven standpoint seattle was on par with the niners in every facet both were top 5-7 against the run and top 5 in total defense both top 5 in rush offense surprise beast mode held to 46 yards on 16 carries and Turner woke up 93 yards and add 64 for rogers any of you that think atlanta cannot beat the niners are fooling yourselves
Oh yeah and accomplished it without john abraham in the game after the 2nd series
Seattle went cross country to play Washington then back to Seattle only to turn around and go to Atlanta. That's a tough row to hoe no matter how good you are IMO. Niners were at home this past weekend and won't be nearly as drained as the seahawks. Atlanta does not match up well with San Fran which has a great pass rush and two good safeties along with the best set of MLBs in the league.
SF will run Gore on Atlanta and Kaepernick is lethal as a scrambler. I can't see Atlanta beating SF.
