"Nobody makes me bleed my own blood, nobody!"
Vince Lombardi was asked how it felt to have the best football team in the world. He replied, I don't know. We haven't played Alabama yet.

God, give me patience today. If given strength I may beat someone to death.
I don't want someone over at the barn that I like. I want to hate there entire organization. Just sayin
Flame away, but I think Smart would be wise to seriously consider AU's offer. Mark Richt is entrenched at UGA and who knows when that will end. Jimbo Fisher won't be going anywhere for awhile at FSU so that job is out as well. Same for Miles at LSU and Muschamp at UF. None of those coaches are on the hot seat at all and are all leading winning programs. The AU and UT jobs look pretty crappy right now but let's not forget they are top tier football programs, or at least have been in the past.
If I were Smart I'd rather go to UT but he has to listen to AU. It's about time for KS to see if he can be the top guy and survive without Nick Saban and the Bama football dynasty.
Alabama football will be a powerhouse whether Smart stays or goes. We have one of the few truly elite jobs in the country (not to mention the best head coach) and the DC position at Bama would be highly coveted. We will be fine.
