I STILL WANT THOSE GOATHUMPERS TO BE STRIPPED OF THEIR 2010 TITLE !!!
The HBO 4, all the crap surrounding Cam, and now this. Could prove how completely inept the NCAA actually is..
ME TOO! WHAT'S IT GONNA TAKE TO STRIP THAT DAMN THING????? (g)
Wow, not even through with the article, but so far we have:
-Auburn police and coaches explicitly working together to sweep alleged felonies under the rug
-Police and coaches withholding information from a player's family regarding serious criminal charges in order to protect football program
-Multiple players testifying to receiving money from coaches and offers for money
-One player (Darvin Adams) claiming to get an offer for several thousands dollars to remain for his senior year, turning down the offer and opting for the draft only to go undrafted partly -- according to an NFL scout -- because of negative reports from au coaches
-Another player specifically claiming that Muschamp gave him $400 while serving as au DC
The state is the great fictitious entity by which every man believes he can live at the expense of every other. - Frédéric Bastiat
Oh Auburn... it's days like today that I love you the most. Never stop being you.
Choose not a life of limitation
Ian Rapoport is retweeting it now.
I can't believe the attorney, Hand, thought he could represent the trailer owner AND McNeil. That may get him in some hot water with the ethics committee.
True or untrue, the publishing of this story is its own kind of sanction. Auburn's reputation as a program is nowhere -near- where it was when Tubby left, and it just continues to get worse.
So true, all they have to do is lie and deny everything and the ncaa will drop the ball. Cooperate and give them the case on a silver platter (Albert Means) and they will nail your ass to the wall.
Over Muschamp directly paying players from office desk drawers? Yeah prob so.
