And the twists keep coming lol... So Te'o's uncle reports that the cousin was behind it and that Te'o received a call revealing the hoax on Dec 26th and not Dec 6 like Te'o and ND are reporting
Call on the 6th during the award show. Teo alerted ND on the 26th.
Sounds like the Te'o camp is trying to change the narrative. This is going to bite ND and its AD in the butt. He claimed ND investigated and fully vetted Te'o's story. Apparently, whoever came up with this original story didn't think to look at what Te'o had said publicly, and as we know, it doesn't line up. ND jumps the gun and runs with this story, and now that Team Te'o sees it doesn't hold water, they are changing it again. Makes ND and their investigation look pretty bad.
Hard to believe anybody actually believes Te'o was an innocent bystander to this, personally.
The two times after the sixth he mentioned her...
Not once but twice after discovering his supposed girlfriend of three years never even existed, Notre Dame All-American linebacker Manti Teo perpetuated the heartbreaking story about her death. News, Sports, Weather, Traffic and the Best Of Cleveland
