It's a big year for injured running backs ...
Christopher Walsh covers Alabama football for BamaOnline, 247Sports, and is the author of 18 books.
Doesn't seem like the best move. I thought he would stay around one more year with Bielema at Arkansas now.
Especially after his lackluster performance this past season. IIRC he had some issues holding on to the ball as well.
If braking your leg is cool, consider me Knile Davis.
yep..moster year in 2010 but extremely meh this year
Seemed to have had a case of Fumble Fannin disease this year. Needs one more year. He is about to play in an O that will give him a whole lot of touches.

At least he'll get to pick which team he wants to play for.
Kid has had 3 broken ankles (2 on 1 leg and 1 on the other leg) in the past 3.5 years. Has had a rod surgically inserted into both ankles. His injury was severe enough in Fall Camp in 2011 that it'll be 2013 before he approaches 100%. Given he was in the Class of 2009 and the limited shelf-life of NFL RBs, I don't think it's a bad idea to hopefully make an NFL Roster and get the best rehab possible. Not sure on the rules of the Rookie Wage School for non-1st Rounders but by 2014-15 I think he may be in a better position contract wise by declaring for the 2013 draft.

You get out of it what you put into it!
Will that hurt us with Tenpenny?
I have no idea but there is a article/release today that says Tenpenny ran 4.25 & 4.29 in the 40 yard dash so I guess the stakes just got higher.
