That's what was confusing me. I don't know when anyone will pick Ole Miss.

I'll take Texas A&M
I'll take TAMU
he let's have an out with KY and Ole Miss, we can pick them against any fbs school regardless of record, although with there only being 14 sec schools for 13 weeks now, so we can safely skip one school, I would suggest next year that the easy out for KY and Ole miss be removed.

Thought seriously about this given the 14 for 13 set-up, but I was honestly nervous both would go 0-8 in conference. Heck, still not 100% convinced they won't, though they both get a home shot at Vandy, and didn't want to make the contest "unwinnable." Think Ole Miss should improve next year and hopefully ease that concern.
Oh, and also, those of us who went down on WKU would protest your definition of "easy" haha.

Losing doesn't make me want to quit. It makes me want to fight that much harder-Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant
lol, I know, I don't think most of us expected KY to lose that week.
It's just I think you going to have more than 2 left in the end to tiebreak with this year. I do have another suggestion if you want to keep the Ol Miss/Ky non conference thing next year. Maybe you can say the tiebreaker is having the 14th team that someone did not use make the SEC title game. That would force us to try and guesswho wins the conference and basically don't use them throughout the season. BTW, I didn't do the contest last year, what is the tiebreaker anyways?
FYI, thanks for doing the contest regardless of how you decide to do it, its a fun thing to force me to keep up with all of the other SEC teams. And I know it's a got to be a lot of trouble to keep up with on your part, so thanks.

Give me those Georgia Bulldogs
Really like that idea actually - wish I or someone had thought of it before the season started. Good balance of long term risk vs reward.
Last year, we did something like picking any team for the last weekend (since we only had 12 teams for 13 weeks then) and whoever called the "boldest" win per the point spread (biggest 'dog, smallest favorite, etc.) was declared the winner, with a tiebreak of Iron Bowl score. Doesn't make sense to do this season given 14 teams for 13 weeks so maybe we can do something with SECCG or other games that week - I don't have a good solution so I'm open to whatever, just don't want to drag it out into bowl season.
To your point, we'll see how many we have coast through. Everyone still has to use at least 2 out of 3 of Arky, Vandy, and AU so could be interesting.
True, I looked and I have already used both KY and Ole Miss. Good to go on that issue.
A&M. But I don't feel good about it
