The former FBI director Louis Freeh released his report just a few minutes ago.
CNN is doing a summary as they read thru the 200 page document, link provided.
My heart breaks for these kids! To think that the leaders of a University (or any living breathing human being) could let this happen has to be one of the worst things possible. They allowed this monster to live out his terrors on children and they didn't STOP IT!
Prayers go out to the victims and the ones involved in the cover-up should be brought out for public stoning! Makes my sick!!!!!!!!!
An internal probe into the Penn State child sex abuse scandal found that top university officials, including former president Graham Spanier and then-head football coach Joe Paterno, failed to protect against a child sexual predator harming children for over a decade.
Death penalty for the program and for anyone who was involved.
That's some sick stuff. Zero respect for Paterno. He did a lot of good in his years as a head coach at psu but all of that is erased by 10 years of allowing a predator to not only roam the streets but prey on his child victims in the psu football complex. Disgusting and his family should be ashamed of the man they looked up to all their lives.
It shame this will be Joe Pa legacy. I would have expected more not only from him but anyone that knew this kind of information. I lost all respect for the man and Penn State. The penalties cannot be enough. This is sick by all concerned, the cover up is as bad as the act.

If you dreamed you were a sleep and you woke up, would you be awake?
The truth killed Peterno, no disease, I am convinced of this.
It definitely sped it up!
Currently trending on Twitter:
15 National Championships, 23 SEC Championships, NCAA Record 60 Postseason Bowl Appearances, NCAA Record 35 Bowl Victories
If you knew this and somehow in your mind justified covering it up then info going public you knew came out, game over.
I am still just amazed this happened.
What amazes me, this wasn't just one person covering it up. It was a team of high ranking leaders of a university!
It wasn't just a team of high ranking Penn State officials. The coaching staff knew. The Second Mile foundation knew. The police department knew. This is an indictment of the Penn State community.
What is even worse to me is the fact that Paterno's family is still defending him even after all the evidence to the contrary has come to light. Are they trying to protect his image or their standing and Prominence (read wealth) in the community? I have no other explanation.
Will not happen because this is not about unfair competition...I do not know if the NCAA has anything in its bylaws to condemn the University for this, but the state of Pennsylvania certainly should step in and do some damage.
