Charles barkley just won an Emmy award for best sports analyst. He is about as good as it gets as an analyst for he NBA.
He sucks IMO, except when he attacks auburn. F him IMO.
The way to a woman's mouth is through her phone.
He may be a barner but the dude is a very good analyst and the main reason people watch that program
I'm just glad skip bayless didn't win. He was probably mad, which makes me happy.
I bet the ad in which he's wearing a dress put him over the top.
Christopher Walsh covers Alabama football for BamaOnline, 247Sports, and is the author of 18 books.
"Character" is doing the right thing when nobody is looking.
Awesome ad for men and the common perception we have for Weight Watchers.
Inside the NBA is a freakin great show. Its actually real analysis non-scripted. The jokes and ball busting are great. Blows away the ESPN guys.
On Alabama: CeCe Jefferson - "It was a bunch of beautiful women..." Reggie Ragland - "oh the females of course..."
Well deserved award for Chuck. He's greatness. But I'm only watching a few mmore NBA games this season. Once my Mavs get bounced by okc, I'm out.

You know someone is awesome when they are an Auburn grad and still about 50% of the Alabama fanbase enjoys their work. Charles Barkley is a lot of things, some good, some bad; but a good analyst is one thing that he is for sure. I absolutely love watching Inside the NBA, and I have loved watching the show for it seems like ten years or more. It is great sports television and Charles is really a lot of the reason.
Honesty always makes great tv/radio no matter what you think of the person. That's what makes Barkley great and pays Howard Stern's $75 million/year salary.
I agree. Charles is my favorite Barner, and Bo is soon becoming my second favorite, with all others falling slightly below Satan in my list....
1960 Les Paul
Great moment after Rick Carlisle slipped out a "bullsh_t" in the presser. Came back to the studio and they apologized for it. Chuck said something of the effect to.. "i'm not sorry..not like the people haven't heard worse" (in good humor). Kenny looked at him and said what?? Chuck responded "i aint stupid..you know all these kids are hearing worse on these rap songs"
was pretty funny. chuck isn't the brightest but he is a lot of fun to watch.

It was hilarious when Kenny dowsed him with champagne, he didn't know what to do
Come on ... Barkley is awesome. You never know what he's gonna say next. Always has good insight. Who cares if he went to Auburn.
IMO he's the only reason people watch that program. U never know what he might say. I've always enjoyed him, barner or not.
“Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift of God, which is why we call it the present.”
My hatred for him has nothing to do with his barning. In fact, the only thing I like about him is that he is a scar on auburn.
Crappy post..You hate Auburn and as far as Auburn is concerned he is about as good as it gets ( you could be married to one I guess). Not only is he good at NBA, he is the best they have on TNT doing the NCAA tournament. I love his honesty and his ability to make a dumb ass statement that he later tries to explain.
Crappy post. You don't know shit about me or why I hate him. You worship wastes of life. Don't expect me to.

He actually congratulated him first thing this morning on First Take.
Did you date him? Just commenting on his obvious unbiased opinion when talking sports, even though he went to the cow college. Ofcourse, you could have personal dealings I know nothing about and I apologize if my comments reflect on that.
He's a POS. Was before auburn and is now. And the NBA is garbage. I can't believe anyone would watch "analysis" of that crap.
He's enjoyable to watch. That's it- I can't stand Cam Newton and Auburn in general, big a Bama fan as anyone else, but Chuck is just a pure classic sports figure that happened to play at Auburn.....and he's the only analyst I don't change the channel during half time for.
Why do y'all keep bringing up auburn. He sucks and auburn has only a tangential relationship with that fact. He's a POS.
If he were on fire, i wouldnt try to put him out with a peyton manning jersey.
If i had to pee, id hold it.
