He was talking the BCS game on Mike & Mike this morning, and ended his segment with "Hey - Good Luck, Mike!" (Golic).
Oh my god! Wow! I can't believe it! Holy hell!
Vince Lombardi was asked how it felt to have the best football team in the world. He replied, I don't know. We haven't played Alabama yet.
Nothing wrong with sportsmanship.
Never Gets Old
We may have the most sensitive fanbase in the country.
He was probably the one who sent the tweet from Gameday set that was recinded. Palmer probably was telling Golic that because he felt the Irish needed the luck to win.
His son plays for The Irish and so Did he.
Seriously? He has picked Bama and gives ND little chance. Goliv is a colleague whose son is playing in the biggest game of his life tonight,
Sigh. Just.........oh, nevermind.
Jessie Palmer & David Pollack picked Bama to win yesterday.
Golic played for Notre Dame and his son is currently playing there. It was just a nice thing to say to a friend. He picked Alabama to win the game.
Some of you people...I just...

Its called sportsmanship!
What is wrong with fans ? Seriously? Why can't others say good things about the teams we play and still be fine people? Why are they automatically idiots? And even more - why can people have great sportsmanship, congratulate both teams for having such a great season and getting to this game, wishing them good luck - without being labeled a traitor - a dumb@ss? (g)
LOL - every time someone has said anything positive towards ND the last few weeks, especially the last few days....some have acted like they are saying we are the worst team in the history of sports. I do not get the HATE we have so much for all things not BAMA, and all things that aren't in love with everything Alabama? And its not just us. It happens everywhere. When did we become so uptight whenever someone says anything either negative towards us or positive towards an opponent. O the shame of them to suggest there might be a way we lose a game.
I would hate to see what would happen if you were ever turned down for a loan.
This could the dumbest post on BOL and there have been some dumbs ones.
would you like some cheese with that whine, Francis?
Love this thread...allowed me to use a -1 then most of my +1's in 15 seconds...we need to have a special section in Bryant Denny for people like OP that is named the Inferiority Complex.
